- GuardAide™ is not liable for any injury, miscommunication, or emergency outcomes related to the use of our products.
2. Ordering and Payment
- All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
- Prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes where required.
- Payment is processed securely via Ecwid’s payment system.
3. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping times vary based on location and chosen method.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Custom QR bracelets cannot be returned unless defective.
- A product is considered defective if it has a manufacturing error, missing components, or an incorrect QR code that prevents scanning at the time of delivery.
- Claims for defective products must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
- If a product arrives defective, please contact us within the 14-day window for a replacement.
- Refunds for non-defective products are not available due to the custom nature of the items.

- GuardAide™ is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
- We make no guarantees regarding the use of the QR code in emergencies.
