GuardAide™ Return Policy
Effective Date: April 2, 2026
- Custom QR bracelets cannot be returned unless defective.
- A product is considered defective if it has a manufacturing error, missing components, or an incorrect QR code that prevents scanning at the time of delivery.
- Claims for defective products must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
- If a product arrives defective, please contact us within the 14-day window for a replacement.
- Refunds for non-defective products are not available due to the custom nature of the items.
